1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "p9ph" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at p 9ph.net, including all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p9ph platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on p9ph.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's p9ph account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game available on p9ph.
• "Game" refers to any gaming product available on the p9ph platform, including but not limited to Zuma Dragon, Happy Fishing, Lucky Dice, Fortune Horse, Caishen Fishing, and 24 Hour Grand Prix.
• "Winnings" refers to any monetary amount credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful Bet outcome.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on p9ph, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation button, or by otherwise accessing or using the p9ph platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments thereto;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to p9ph and remain in force for the duration of your use of the platform. p9ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on p9ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. p9ph will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or play.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing p9ph from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p9ph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p9ph or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration and Management

To access real-money games on p9ph, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all p9ph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on p9ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. p9ph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p9ph will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Verification: p9ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension and Termination: p9ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that p9ph deems harmful to the platform or other players.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p9ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on p9ph is ₱100. p9ph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: p9ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. p9ph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds belonging to third parties, including credit facilities not in your name, is strictly prohibited.
• No Interest: p9ph does not pay interest on any funds held in player accounts.
• Inactive Accounts: p9ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
• Transaction Limits: p9ph may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all bets placed on p9ph:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount on p9ph is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the p9ph system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. All confirmed bets are final.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, p9ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. p9ph's decision in such matters is final.
• Game Rules: Each game available on p9ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
• RNG Certification: All games on p9ph utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by p9ph or any third party.
• Disputed Outcomes: Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to p9ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. p9ph's determination of game outcomes, based on server records, is final and binding.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, p9ph may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all p9ph bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• p9ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• p9ph reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p9ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on p9ph;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the p9ph platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the p9ph platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p9ph staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the p9ph platform or its underlying technology.

9 Responsible Gaming

p9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gaming can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting p9ph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: p9ph may display periodic reality check notifications during extended gaming sessions to remind Players of the time elapsed and funds wagered.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the p9ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of p9ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p9ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the p9ph platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on p9ph content;
• Use any p9ph trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the p9ph platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of p9ph intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p9ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gaming activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the p9ph platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond p9ph's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the p9ph platform.

p9ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p9ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

p9ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using p9ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

p9ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p9ph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the p9ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to p9ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit any dispute to p9ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through p9ph's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent p9ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
